Kuwait Oil Company prequalifies 21 contractors to submit bids by 24 February
Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has tendered a contract to replace a gas transport pipeline linking gas condensation manholes at the Burgan oil field to the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) plant.
KOC has asked interested companies to submit bids for the estimated KD8m ($28m) engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by 24 February 2013.
According to Kuwait’s Central Tenders Committee, 21 contractors have been prequalified to bid the contract, which covers the construction of a 40-inch diameter gas pipeline in the south-west of Kuwait.
