Kuwait tenders Minagish water injection facility

Thirty companies have pre-qualified

State upstream operator Kuwait Oil Company is inviting firms to submit bids on its water injection facility at Marat Minagish in West Kuwait.

Thirty companies have pre-qualified for the main contract. Bids are due to be submitted on 9 April.

The project comprises water injection facility with a capacity of 40,000 barrels of water a day (bw/d) to Managish-Marat reservoir in West Kuwait through 16 injection wells. Australian firm Worley Parsons has been appointed the front end engineering design contractor on the project.

  • Communication, safety & security systems
  • Control systems
  • Associated facilities
