Tower to be built in Tecom area
The local Landmark Group has invited contractors to bid by 14 February for the contract to build its new headquarters building in Dubai.
The estimated AED500m ($136m) project involves building an office tower with three basement levels, seven podium parking floors and 19 storeys of office space. It will be built in the Tecom area.
The consultant on the scheme is the local Arch Group.
In 2008, Landmark completed the construction of its Oasis Centre shopping mall on Sheikh Zayed road. The contractor was the local Al-Basti & Muktha and the consultant was Arch Group.
