Layia Hospitality, which has recently opened its second property in Dubai, plans to expand by launching 11 more properties. With Layia Oak Hotel & Suites as the company's first fully serviced hotel property in Dubai, plans are afoot to open hotels in the four- and five-star categories as well as full service apartment property between November this year and 2011, according to Daniel Hajjar, CEO of Layia Hospitality.
