Local developer Nshama has awarded the local Beaver Gulf Group the contract to build the sixth phase of its Town Square development in Dubai.
Known as Sama, the sixth phase consists of 258 three and four bedroom townhouses.
The contract follows five earlier contracts that Beaver has won at Nshama at Town Square.
Beaver’s previous orders at Town Square cover work at the Zahra, Hayat, Safi, Noor and Naseem communities.
Once Town Square is fully completed, the development will have 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, as well as a central square, which will comprise retail, hospitality and commercial space.
The development is expected to be completed by 2025.
