
The Serenia Residences will be made up of 250 units
The local Palma Development and Banian Group has awarded the local Khansaheb Civil Engineering the estimated $109m main construction contract for its Serenia Residences on the Palm Jumeirah.
The 22-month contract involves building the 79,000 square metre Serenia Residences, which was designed by architect Hazel Wong. Once complete it will have 250 units, with apartments ranging from one to four-bedrooms and penthouse suites.
The lead architect is the local Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ).
