The 30-month project will start by September.

The client is Abu Dhabi’s Private Property Management, and the consultant is the US’ Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart (MEED 8:6:07).

Arabtec’s 82-storey Ocean Heights Tower in Dubai Marina is also about to get under way, with completion expected

in 2009.
