Mace will be responsible for managing construction planning, project schedules, operational and construction issues and procurement strategy.

The 21,000 square-metre development will feature a hospitality complex including a five-star hotel and serviced apartments, together with office and residential towers.

First Bahrain will be the primary developer for approximately 30 per cent of the project, focusing predominantly on the hospitality components. Third-party developers will build the rest of the project.
