The UAE-based contractor Master Civil Construction Company has been awarded a AED450m ($123m) contract for the construction of three towers within Ajman’s Rainbow Towers project.
The towers, currently known as B10, B14 and B15, will be located within Emirates City in Ajman.
The work is expected to take no more than two years, with completion expected in the last quarter of 2010.
When completed, The Rainbow Towers project will have nine residential towers of 31 storeys.
The client is UAE-based developer Sweet Homes. The local Adnan Saffarini Engineering Consultants is the project consultant.
Shoring and excavation for the three towers has already been completed by the local Piling Tech.
