
Qatar-based real estate developer Mazaya has signed a 30-year build, operate and transfer (BOT) agreement with the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development to develop and manage the Marina Mall shopping centre in Lusail, Doha. Upon completion, the QR1bn mall will extend over an area of 57,605 sq m spread over two floors plus the ground floor, and is to comprise will retail areas, food courts and leisure facilities.
