Contractors to bid in December for Abu Dhabi health centre
Abu Dhabi government-controlled Mubadala Development Company has invited companies to bid by 27 December for a contract to build the Arzanah Medical Complex on Abu Dhabi Island.
The complex, in the Arzanah development, will provide dentistry, dermatology, paediatrics and general practice medicine.
The engineering consultant is Canada’s Ellisdon. Singapore-based healthcare provider AsiaMedic will manage the centre when it is completed.
Arzanah is a 1.4-square-kilometre mixed-use development planned for the area surrounding Zayed main stadium on Abu Dhabi Island close to Khaleej al-Arabi road, and the Hudayriat channel. It will include residential, commercial, sports and leisure accommodation (MEED 14:3:08).
Capitala is developing Arzanah. Capitala is a joint venture between Mubadala and Singapore-based developer Capitaland.
