Contracts cover external works and central utilities plant
Local property developer Nakheel is preparing to tender two more construction contracts at its Dragon Mart development in Dubai.
The contracts cover the outdoor plaza and landscaping, and a central utilities plant serving the expanded mall and hotel.
Two local contractors, Unec and Kele Contracting are working on the mall expansion, which involves building a 177,000-square-metre retail hub, that will be completed in the first half of 2014.
