Networking and storage company Netgear has launched ReadyNAS 3200, a 12-bay high-density network storage system for small and medium businesses (SMB) in the UAE. It supports up to 24TB of capacity and features include redundant power supplies and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and is aimed at companies wanting online server consolidation or backup. "The demands of today's business often drives SMBs to adopt enterprise-scale solutions, although they lack the resources required to support the complexity of such enterprise-grade storage systems," said Ahmad Zeidan, Channel Sales Manager, Netgear Middle East.
