Senior appointments made parent company Dubai Holding
- Dubai Holding makes changes at Dubai Property Group
- Abdullatif al-Mulla chosen as group CEO

UAE-based global investment holding company Dubai Holding has made senior appointments at Dubai Properties Group (DPG).
Abdullatif al-Mulla has been chosen as group CEO. He was group CEO at Tecom Investments, which is also a part of Dubai Holding. Before that, he was CEO of SmartCity. He has also worked as the general manager at Microsoft Gulf.
Naaman Atallah has been appointed as the CEO for Dubai Properties (DP). He previously held the position of CEO for Qatari Diar in Doha.
Dubai Holding is a major investment conglomerate with a portfolio that includes Jumeirah Group, TECOM Investments and Dubai Properties Group.
Dubai Properties Group (DPG) is a member of Dubai Holding and has developed various projects in Dubai including Jumeirah Beach Residence, Business Bay, and Culture Village.
