AlMasria Universal Airlines has announced plans to start Egypt's first private commercial airline this year, Reuters has reported. The company's president, Hassan Aziz, said the carrier would fly to 20 destinations in the Middle East and Europe with an Airbus fleet that will grow to 10 aircraft in the next five years. It expects to launch its first commercial flights in June.
