Local and Indian joint venture starts production
The local Saudi Power Transformer Company (SPTC) has commenced operations at its new power transformers and mobile sub-station factory at Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City in the Eastern Province.
The facility is a joint venture between SPTC and India’s Crompton Greaves and will design, engineer and manufacture power transformers and mobile sub-stations to be used in the domestic power market.
