Overview
State upstream operator, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) is building a number of pipelines from Mina al-Ahmadi Refinery to transport feedstock to power plants at Doha East & West, Subiya, Shuaiba and Al Zour.
These will include including low sulphur fuel oil (LSFO) pipelines and fuel gas pipelines.
