Oil prices rose on 8 May on the news that US crude stocks fell 0.3 per cent to 287.2 million barrels in the week to 2 May.
Oil prices at 1500 GMT on 8 May, compared to the previous day, were:
Brent rose $0.75 to $24.83
Dubai rose $0.13 to $23.21
WTI rose $0.21 to $26.29
