Seven new members appointed
UAE-based Oman Insurance Company (OIC), a subisidary of Mashreq Bank, has replaced all seven members of its board.
According to OIC, the board of directors all resigned for personal reasons.
The new board members are Abdulaziz al-Ghurair, Al-Rashid Lootah, Rashid al-Jarwan, Sultan Abdullah al-Ghurair, Abdullah Mohammed Obaidullah, Abdul Raoof al-Mubarak and Hani al-Hamili.
OIC is one of the UAE’s largest insurers where it operates through a network of 10 branches. It also has a presence in Oman and Qatar.
