Omani construction firm, Galfar Engineering and Contracting has won a OR139m contract to build the first phase of the Batinah Expressway, Muscat Daily has reported. The awarded first package includes converting the existing Barka roundabout to multilevel crossroads, said transport minister, Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salim al Futaisi.
