The two companies formed a partnership in August
Local developer Omniyat and local contractor Drake & Scull International (DSI) have broken ground on their One at Palm Jumeirah residential tower in Dubai.
The two companies formed a partnership to develop a real estate development on the Palm Jumeirah in August.
The 25-storey tower will have 90 apartments, swimming pools, a cinema, a cigar lounge, a spa and a yacht club.
The building is designed by Soma from New York. Super Potato from Japan is the interior designer and Vladimir Djurovic from Lebanon is the landscape architect.
