Known as Binary tower, the AED 550 million ($150 million) project will feature two towers 21 and 25 storeys high.Designed as a self-contained building, the Binary will include a podium retail area, a day-care centre, two restaurants, a medical centre, a gym, a pool and an artificial beach with sand, water and artificial waves on the roof of the 21-storey tower.Construction contracts are to be split into packages. An award on the first package, the enabling works, is expected in September.A similar strategy was adopted for the execution of Omniyat's One Business Bay project. The local Dubarch is the consultant. The local Hamilton is the project manager (MEED 21:4:06).
