Omniyat Properties, the

a third tower project at Business Bay. Known as Binary tower,

the AED 550 million

($150 million) project will feature

two towers 21 and 25 storeys high.

Designed as a self-contained building, the Binary will include a podium retail area, a day-care centre, two restaurants, a medical centre, a gym, a pool and an artificial beach with sand, water and artificial waves on the roof of the 21-storey tower.

Construction contracts are to be split into packages. An award on the first package, the enabling works, is expected in September.

A similar strategy was adopted for the execution of Omniyat's One Business Bay project. The local Dubarch is the consultant. The local Hamilton is the project manager (MEED 21:4:06).
