OPEC surpluses continue to drop

BIS says that non-OPEC countries of the region kept their deposits and liabilities almost unchanged - at $50,015 million and $9,561 million, respectively. Egypt continued to increase its deposits, by $896 million, but Israeli and Jordanian holdings fell - by $726 million and $142 million, respectively.
