Construction of distribution lines, installation of substations and provision of new service connections as part of the project to electrify 250 villages, install 500 tubewell connections, 150 industrial connections, 8,600 general connections, 900 11/0.415-kVa substations, and 1,680 kilometres of high- tension and 650 kilometres of low-tension lines in Baluchistan. The client is the Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA). Financed by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. Bid bond is 5 per cent of tender price.
