Swissboring, part of Italy’s Trevi Group, has been awarded the piling and shoring contract for the Pentominium tower project in Dubai.
The 516-metre, 120-floor residential tower will be one of the tallest towers at Dubai Marina.
US-based Hirsch Bedner Associates is the interior designer. The Hong Kong office of Aedas is the consultant. Hong Kong-based Trident International Holdings is the client. It is Trident’s third project at the Marina, following The Waterfront and the Trident Grand Residence tower (MEED 10:08:07).
