Daruna is developing high-quality workers’ accommodation that will be open for external inspection

Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser al-Thani, chairman of Daruna in Qatar, says the country is tackling criticism on labourers’ living conditions. Today, the company signed a QR800m ($220m) deal with the local Wasita Qatar to develop accommodations with 12,000 beds for labourers over the coming 36 months.

Wasita will operate and manage the facilities.
