The Supreme Council of Information and Communication (ictQatar) will increase Arabic online content and provide support for small and medium-sized enterprises. IctQatar is also planning a number of measures to increase technology usage in Qatar, said Hessa Al Jaber, the Secretary General of ictQatar. Al Jaber said that although there has been a rise in internet penetration it was still low compared to the rest of the developed world.
