Qatar's Supreme Education Council (SEC) has announced it will begin next Sunday to receive applications to set up new private schools and kindergartens in the country, the Peninsula has reported. The registration is to continue until December 30, SEC said. The licenses will be issued according to guidelines from the SEC.
