Muttawar Omani Companys residential retail project Lamar Bausher is a fusion of art and civil engineering. The high-rise mixed-use project is located in the heart of Muscat, 10 minutes away from the airport and between Sultan Qaboos Highway and the Muscat Expressway.
The 80,350-square-metre development also lies in close proximity to shopping centres, mosques, hospitals, schools, offices and recreational facilities.
There are more than 357 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across seven floors, and guests have access to a fitness centre, a landscaped courtyard, a convenience mall and two main pools. Plunge pools are also available in selected apartments.
There are penthouses on the top floor, and every apartment has been designed with an additional multipurpose room, individual laundry rooms, private balconies and an intercom system.
The project stakes its claim as changing the landscape of the boulevard and raising the benchmark for residential projects in Oman.
