Royal Commission issues packages for Jubail and Yanbu

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu has issued packages for four more construction contracts in the two cities.

The packages cover site preparation works in both Jubail and Yanbu, and vary in value between SR200m ($53m) and SR400m.

They will be awarded in July and August. Construction is expected to take two years.

In May, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu awarded a SR527m housing contract to the local Redico to build two sets of housing units, comprising 412 residential units in total (MEED 5:5:08).
