The contract includes internal and external work on university buildings, including woodworks, doors, gypsum works and false ceilings. The work is scheduled to be completed in 10 months.
Valued at SR150m ($40m), the work will cover the first and second phases of the university.
It is the latest in a raft of contracts issued for the $3bn university scheme, which is being developed by Saudi Aramco.
In March, United Arab Aluminium Company, a subsidiary of the local Construction Products Holding Company won a SR120m contract to install aluminium glass facades, while two US colleges, Stanford University and the University of California in Berkeley, have said they will partner the new university (MEED 9:3:08).
