Biography: Al-Sudairi is the office managing partner of the Riyadh office of Latham & Watkins where he is a member of the banking and project finance practices. He was previously resident in the firms New York office.
Al-Sudairi is a US and Saudi Arabian-qualified finance and corporate lawyer with a focus on sophisticated financing transactions, including leveraged financings, project financings, Islamic financings, restructurings and capital markets transactions.
He also advises Saudi Arabian and international clients in complex commercial transactions in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region in a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, manufacturing, defence, telecommunications, healthcare and hospitality.
