Dubai Properties Group subsidiary, Salwan LLC has ventured into a 204-roomed hotel apartment building, the 'Salwan Hotel Apartments' at the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). The property is located in Shams 1 Tower and will commence operations during the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
