Oil giant looking for investment opportunities in China, Vietnam and Indonesia
Saudi Aramco plans to expand its petrochemicals business overseas to key export markets in the Far East.
Fayez al-Sharef, project director for the company told the Saudi Arabian newspaper Arab News that the oil giant was looking for investment opportunities in China, Indonesia and Vietnam.
The move comes after Saudi Aramco signed its $20bn joint venture with US-based Dow Chemical for its plant in Jubail.
