Saudi contracting firm, Abdullah A M Al-Khodari Sons Company has signed an agreement with Maaden Aluminum Company to build Maaden Smelter Pot Relining Facility in Ras al-Khair.

The SR49.1m ($13m) contract will be finished in nine months from the day of handing over the site, the contractor said in a statement to Saudi Stock Exchange (SEC), where its shares are traded.

The financial impact of the contract is expected to start in the fourth quarter of this year, it added.
