UK-based Serco has signed a contract to provide facilities management consultancy services and facilities management operational oversight for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (Adnoc’s) new corporate headquarters building on the corniche in Abu Dhabi.

The scope of the deal involves managing the relocation of Adnoc from its current location to its new facilities, as well as executing a managed solution for facilities management at the new facility. The new headquarters comprises 162,400 square metres of grade A commercial office space, a 65,340-sq-m underground car park and a district cooling plant.
