Kuwait's health ministry has announced a smoking ban has been implemented across all of its buildings, as well as those in the private sector, Kuwait Times has reported. The decision includes places of primary care, health centres, pharmacies and clinics in the public and private sectors. Officials and employees of health centres that flout violations will be subject to disciplinary measures due to the dangerous outcomes of smoking on general health, the ministry said.
