Australia-based StayWell Hospitality Group is preparing to open its first property in Dubai in November 2010, Gulf News has reported. Located in Bur Dubai, The Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel offers a 180 deluxe rooms, 40 deluxe suites, 97 superior rooms, 24 superior suites, 34 burj rooms and four burj junior suites. It also offers three restaurants, 24 hours in-room dining, conference and banquet facilities, a business centre, a rooftop swimming pool, a gym and a spa.
