The project will be developed by Saraya Islands Real Estate Development Company, a joint venture of RAK Investment Development Office, Saraya Emirates and Arab Bank. Construction is being carried out by Saudi Oger, Saraya’s sister company. The first phase of the project is expected to be operational in 2011.
