Tameer invites firms to bid for construction of towers

Sharjah-based Tameer Holding has invited companies to express interest in construction of its Tameer Towers project in Abu Dhabi.

Located on a 465,000 square metre plot on Reem Island in Shams District, the project involves the construction of a 73-storey commercial tower, four residential towers with a total built-up area of 209,000 sq m, a seven-star luxury hotel and a building containing serviced apartments. It will be surrounded by villas and townhouses, a private marina, a canal and a retail promenade.

US-based Gensler is the architect. Hill International, also of the US, is the project manager.
