Description: The development allows Adnoc to transfer additional gas processed at the Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (Adma-Opco) facilities at Umm Shaif to the Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (Adgas) facilities at Das Island. The gas is sent for conditioning via a 30-inch offshore associated gas pipeline to Habshan, with a throughput of 1 billion cubic feet a day. The gas will be further processed in existing and new facilities at Habshan-5 for optimum lean gas production. This gas will be sent to the sales gas header, and natural gas liquids will be shipped to Gascos facilities at Ruwais for further fractionation. Four project packages with a total value of $9.68bn were completed in 2013.
