Description: Emirates AquaTech is the worlds largest indoor facility for raising an endangered species. It uses new advanced methods to rear and grow sturgeon, and can produce 35 tonnes of caviar and 500 tonnes of sturgeon meat a year. The project provides a sustainable, legal, moral and fresh supply of caviar to world markets throughout the year. The facility has been awarded five international certificates for quality control, food safety and environment, and was named a distinguished facility in 2014 by Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority.
