ServeU, a subsdiary of UAE-based real estate developer Union Properties, has secured facilities management contracts worth AED18m ($5m) at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The firm will manage the facilities of 14 pavilions participating at Expo. The contracts include providing human resource and staffing services for the pavilions, such as guide management, cleaning, security and administration, and logistics.
The official statement from the company says the contracts will be executed by ServeU’s team of 300 experts, technicians, and specialists to maintain the demands of facilities covering a total area spanning 30,000 square metres.
The company had previously signed a contract with the UK pavilion at Expo 2020 to provide human resources services and additional manpower.
