Abu Dhabi-based Sorouh Real Estate has appointed a team of US-based Parsons International and the UK’s Mouchel Parkman as the infrastructure consultant for Al-Ghadeer project on the Abu Dhabi-Dubai border.
The joint venture will design and supervise infrastructure works for the 3 million square metre development including road networks, utilities and landscaping.
Located at Seih al-Sdeira, Al-Ghadeer will house 18,000 people close to commercial centres in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The site is approximately 10 minutes drive to the new Dubai airport at Jebel Ali and 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi’s proposed new port facility, Taweelah.
