Wade Adams wins Dubai road contract

Dubai-based Wade Adams Contracting has been awarded the AED307m ($84m) contract for the fourth phase of the Al-Khail road improvement scheme in the emirate.

The scheme involves replacing the existing roundabout at the intersection of Umm Suqeim road and Al-Khail road, with a free-flowing multi-level interchange.

It also covers expanding the Al-Khail road from four to six lanes (MEED 28:4:09).

The package is one of six that form the AED1.8bn Al-Khail road improvement scheme. The Roads & Transport Authority is the client.
