Mobile telephone operator Wataniya Palestine is set to launch an initial public offering on November 7, Reuters has reported, citing a source familiar with the matter. The company, part owned by Qtel, aims to raise $50.3m, the source said. The company plans to offer 15% of its shares and a further 15% at a later date, resulting in a 30% free float, two senior Palestinian government officials said.
