Wataniya Airways, Kuwait's new full service luxury airline, has announced that its first destination will be Dubai and that it will operate two flights a day from Kuwait beginning in February 2009. The airline also announced that Kuwait's Royal Terminal will be the new departure point for Wataniya Airways services.
