Yahya Kamis Juma al-Zadjali

Yahya Kamis Juma al-Zadjali is an experienced planning expert currently responsible for planning and engineering at Oman’s SEZAD. He has 20 years’ experience within Oman’s Supreme Committee for Town Planning (SCTP). From 2005-11, Al-Zadjali was the director of physical planning and policy, acting as planning coordinator for the Duqm master plan, coordinating industrial and hydrological studies, as well as evaluating and implementing urban planning strategies and infrastructure projects for the sultanate.

Between 2000 and 2005, he was a senior planner in SCTP, working on coastal management strategy, preparing Oman’s highways manual and many other schemes.

Al-Zadjali has a master’s degree in urban planning and land administration from the International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation in the Netherlands, and a diploma in civil engineering from Oman Technical Industrial College.
