Andrew Likierman

Position: Dean, London Business School (LBS)

Biography: Andrew Likierman is dean of LBS and also non-executive chairman of the UK’s National Audit Office. He was founding director of LBS’s executive MBA programme and has been a professor for many years, lecturing on executive and degree programmes.

His research interests lie in the field of performance measurement. Likierman has formerly run a textile plant in Germany, headed the UK’s Government Accountancy Service and was managing director of the UK Treasury.

He was also chairman of the Economist’s Bookshop Group and market research firm Mori. He was non-executive director of the Bank of England and Barclay’s Bank, and president of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
