Local developer Azizi Developments has awarded the local Majid Hilal Contracting the AED572m ($156m) contract to build Phase 4 of its Azizi Riviera project at Meydan One.
The contract involves the construction of 11 canal-side buildings that will make up over half of all developments in Phase 4 of Azizi Riviera. Altogether, Phase 4 will have a total of 4,753 units consisting of 3,141 studios, 1,261 one-bedroom, 267 two-bedroom, and 84 three-bedroom apartments. Construction work is expected to start by the end of July.
Azizi Developments says it is developing more than 200 projects this year. In April, it awarded the local Zahrat al-Safa Contracting two contracts totaling AED440m ($120m) for the construction of two buildings at Dubai Health Care City.
